2. Information collected

The inquiry form collects the name, company or organization, business email, optional country or region, inquiry category and message supplied by the visitor. The server also records submission time, a limited user-agent string and a one-way daily hash derived from the connecting IP address for abuse prevention. The original IP address is not stored in the inquiry record.

3. Purpose and basis

Information is used to assess and respond to business, ODM, supplier, technology-partnership and related inquiries; protect the website from abuse; document legitimate communications; and meet legal obligations. Do not submit confidential technical information before an appropriate NDA is in place.

4. Retention

Inquiry records are automatically deleted after 30 days. The private inquiry-storage directory is also capped at 500 MB; if the cap is reached, the oldest inquiry records are deleted first. Short-lived hashed rate-limit records are removed after no more than two days. Email copies may remain in Imogic mailboxes according to operational and legal requirements.

5. Sharing and international transfer

Information is accessible only to authorized Imogic personnel and service providers necessary to host, secure or deliver the communication. Imogic does not sell personal information. Data may be processed on infrastructure located in Taiwan or another jurisdiction used by an authorized hosting or mail provider.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics platforms, social pixels or embedded marketing services. The contact form uses one essential, session-only, HTTP-only cookie for CSRF protection and form security. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. Security and rights

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no Internet transmission is risk-free. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction or deletion of their information by contacting [email protected]. Identity verification may be required.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated when website functions or legal requirements change. The revision date shown above identifies the current version.
